We are seeking an experienced support worker to provide community support to young man in the Kirkby area of the city.
You will be accessing local parks, shops and cafes whilst ensuring the young man remains safe and stimulated. We are seeking a sociable person with a genuine interest in supporting a vulnerable adult. You must also be comfortable prompting and supporting with toileting requirements.
