Job Description
Do you have the ability to put the person first? If so we would like to hear from you, as we are currently recruiting for a Personal Assistant /Carer/ Support Worker, to support an elderly male within his home. The person has limited vision and short term memory loss.
The care and support tasks will be to provide assistance with meal preparation and some light domestic tasks. The person enjoys going for walks and spending time in his garden.
You will need to be reliable, trustworthy, kind, patient, and the ability to provide safe care. You will also have the ability to instigate and maintain conversation
